I loved this cake. The Boss made the body. I worked on the face, the stethoscope and the heart. And yes. The heart was 100% edible!!

Christening Bear
Cricket Gang
This cake was made by The Boss. All of the men were made by me, 11 cricketers. That was a long night!
Christening Shoes
This was my first christening cake, all made by me except for the shoes on top, they were brought by the couple who requested the cake.
Garden Man
This was my first big technical challenge. I took a day off to make it as i needed alot of fresh concentration. The cake is 15inches. Everything on top is edible including the water in the pond!
21st Present
This was a two tiered birthday cake for a boy/man. Its a bit dark on the top of the photo but there is a bow there!

Fulham 1951
This badge was hand drawn by me with edible ink on a piece of icing. I tried to find a badge design that was closest to 1951. The cake was made by the boss.
Breast Cancer
This was for another work charity day in aid of Breast Cancer Day. I made cupcakes too. And the pink smarties on top also donated toward the Breast Cancer Trust. Win Win
Pink 18th
Funnily enough, it was quite daunting doing a girls themed cake. I had no idea where to start. This is what I finished with!
Red Nose
This was my red nose cake, which was made for a charity day at my work place. It is based on one of the 2011 red nose designs.
First Post - First Cake
My first cake was one I made for my girlfriend on valentines day 2011. Not only was it her gift, but it also doubled as proof to my mum that i was serious about helping her produce good cakes. It was a two tier, plain sponge with jam and butter cream in the top tier and just butter cream in the bottom tier. Its a little rough around the edges but it did its job.
The girlfriend loved it, my mum employed me as her assistant and it tasted good. The 'me to you' bear on the top was made entirely by me from fondant icing.
