"Icing, STRAIGHT AHEAD!"

This was a hard cake to visualize, I spent quite a while working out how i was going to make it. In the end I just bit the bullet, cooked a few slabs of cake and started cutting and sculpting. In the end I was really happy with the result. I made this last week for a friend. Her mum is from St Kitts in the Caribbean which is the reason for the flag and She will be going on a cruise for her 50th birthday. The ship is based on the company 'Princess Cruises' who she is travelling with. The board is 16inches square, the cake is roughly 15inches in length and 6inches in height.

The Amazing Spiderman . . made of icing

This is probably one of my favourite projects so far. It was one of the Boss's orders and she needed a Spiderman topper for a 5th birthday cake. It is fully hand painted icing.

gotta eat it all, Cakémon!!

This was a fun little cake i did for someone who loves Pokémon on their gameboy. It Includes their favourite character Pikachu.

Cake, for Twenty Five

This is a Silver wedding cake I made for the 8th September. The step design is based on the happy couples original wedding cake, but this one had the silver theme to it as you can see.
The lower two steps are plain sponge and the upper steps are chocolate torte with chocolate ganache butter cream. Yum Yum
